To receive the best tailored dress, each creation is meticulously crafted with time and precision, and we kindly ask you to allow for production prior to dispatch. Standard sizes, based on our size chart, require 5 to 7 business days, while bespoke custom sizes are completed within approximately two weeks. Once your piece is ready, delivery times vary by destination: within Kuwait, orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days; within the GCC, express delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and standard delivery 3 to 7 business days; and for international destinations such as the USA and UK, express shipping is completed within 4 to 6 business days. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow your order’s journey until it arrives. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client and are payable upon arrival, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
